تعديل سياسة حسابات Google غير النشطة

تعمل Google جاهدةً يوميًا من أجل حمايتك وحماية خصوصية وأمان معلوماتك الخاصة من خلال منع الوصول غير المصرَّح به إلى حسابك على Google باستخدام إجراءات الأمان المضمّنة. والحفاظ على أمانك يعني تطبيق ممارسات خصوصية فعّالة على جميع منتجاتنا لتقليل المدّة التي يتم خلالها تخزين ملفاتك الشخصية وأي بيانات مرتبطة بها. فنحن حريصون على حماية معلوماتك الخاصة ومنع أي دخول غير مصرَّح به إلى حسابك حتى في حال توقّفك عن استخدام خدماتنا. لذلك، نحن بصدد تعديل الفترة التي يُعتبر بعدها حساب Google غير نشط لتصبح عامين على جميع منتجاتنا وخدماتنا. يبدأ طرح هذا التغيير اليوم، وسيسري على أي حساب غير نشط على Google، بمعنى أنّه لم يتم تسجيل الدخول إليه أو استخدامه خلال عامين. وسيكون الحساب غير النشط وأي محتوى فيه مؤهلاً للحذف اعتبارًا من ‎1 ديسمبر 2023. معنى ذلك بالنسبة إليك: لن تؤثر هذه التغييرات في حسابك إلا إذا ظلّ حسابك على Google غير نشط لمدة عامين أو في حال عدم استخدام حسابك لأكثر من عامين لتسجيل الدخول إلى أي خدمة من خدمات Google. على الرغم من أنّ هذه التغييرات ستدخل حيّز التنفيذ اليوم، فإنّ أقرب موعد سننفّذ فيه أي عملية حذف للحساب سيكون بحلول ديسمبر 2023. إذا تم اعتبار حسابك غير نشط، سنُرسل عدة رسائل تذكير إلكترونية إلى هذا البريد الإلكتروني وإلى عناوين بريدك الإلكتروني المخصصة لاسترداد الحساب (في حال توفُّرها) قبل أن نتّخذ أي إجراء أو نحذف أي محتوى للحساب. وسيتم إرسال رسائل التذكير الإلكترونية هذه قبل 8 أشهر على الأقل من اتخاذ أي إجراء بشأن حسابك. بعد حذف حساب على Google، لا يمكن إعادة استخدام عنوان Gmail للحساب المحذوف عند إنشاء حساب Google جديد. كيف يمكنك الاحتفاظ بحسابك نشطًا؟ إنّ أبسط طريقة للحفاظ على حساب Google نشطًا هي تسجيل الدخول إلى الحساب مرة واحدة على الأقل كل عامين. وهذا يعني أنّه إذا سجّلت الدخول إلى حسابك على Google مؤخرًا على مدار العامين الماضيين، سيتم اعتبار حسابك نشطًا ولن يتم حذفه. تشمل الطرُق الأخرى للاحتفاظ بحسابك نشطًا ما يلي: قراءة رسالة إلكترونية أو إرسالها استخدام Google Drive مشاهدة فيديو على YouTube مشاركة صورة تنزيل تطبيق استخدام محرّك بحث Google استخدام ميزة "تسجيل الدخول باستخدام حساب Google" لتسجيل الدخول إلى تطبيق أو خدمة تابعَين لجهة خارجية ثمة بعض الاستثناءات لهذه السياسة، مثلاً: حساب Google يتضمّن قنوات أو فيديوهات أو تعليقات على YouTube، أو حساب يحتوي على بطاقة هدايا تتضمّن رصيدًا ماليًا، أو حساب يحتوي على تطبيق منشور، مثل حساب يستضيف تطبيقًا على "متجر Google Play". وتتوفّر استثناءات أخرى لهذه السياسة هنا. تقدّم Google أيضًا أدوات للمساعدة في إدارة حسابك على Google وتوفير خيارات للاحتفاظ بنسخة احتياطية من بياناتك، بما في ذلك إمكانية تنزيل بياناتك باستخدام تطبيق Google Takeout‎ والسماح لك بتحديد ما يحدث لبياناتك إذا بقي حسابك غير نشط لفترة محددة، وذلك باستخدام ميزة مدير الحساب غير النشط. نحن نولي أهمية كبيرة لتسهيل عملية الاحتفاظ بحسابك نشطًا إن أردت ذلك، وسنضمن أن يصلك إشعار بمدة كافية قبل تأثُّر الحساب بهذا التغيير. لذلك، قبل حذف الحساب، ستُرسل Google إشعارات عبر البريد الإلكتروني إلى حساب Google وإلى البريد الإلكتروني المخصص لاسترداد الحساب (في حالة توفُّره). عليك التأكّد من أنّ بريدك الإلكتروني المخصّص لاسترداد الحساب محدّث. مزيد من المعلومات السياسة المتعلقة بحسابات Google غير النشطة كيفية احتفاظ Google بالبيانات التي نجمعها Updating our inactive account policies (المقالة متاحة باللغة الإنجليزية فقط) مع أطيب التحيات، فريق حسابات Google لقد أرسلنا إليك هذه الرسالة الإلكترونية لإطلاعك على تغييرات مهمّة في خدماتك وحسابك على Google. © 2023 Google LLC 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043
